Author Biography
Dr. Deborah Bergeron, is the deputy director of Community Engagement and Innovation for National Head Start and former director of the Office of Early Childhood Development in the O ce of Head Start. She holds a PhD in Education Policy and Educational Psychology. Rhonda Conn-Parent is a seasoned K-5 art educator. She has received extensive training in trust psychology, and she specializes in designing learning environments that foster emotional safety and high levels of trust.
