Author Biography
Donna Davidson is a Kiwi business woman, recipe creator, 'superfoodie', and author. Living happily by the pacific ocean in the beautiful North Island of New Zealand, Donna's primary passion has always been in the health, fitness and well-being arena. Several years ago, while working in the superfoods industry, Donna personally experienced the profound benefits of incorporating superfoods into her regular diet. She now credits them with helping her to conquer the two major health challenges in her life: high cholesterol and the horribly debilitating condition, 'cyclic vomiting'. As an extra bonus, Donna also found herself enjoying more energy and increased mental acuity. This recipe book, co-authored with her friend Kay Wood, is the next step in Donna's quest to share the superfood health benefits she discovered, with as many people as possible.
