The purpose of this book is to provide the reader with a complete understanding of the five main concepts of wrestling (1- technique, 2- tactics, 3- physical preparation, 4- mental preparation, 5- sports life management), but not in the form of imposing and suggesting as other publications do.
This book has been prepared so the reader can understand the five basic principles of wrestling. Based on his requirements and potential, he may recognize his wrestling strengths and weaknesses and improve them, as well as the pace and quality of learning. Since people differ in so many ways, everyone wants their interpretation of growth and success. Wrestlers' conditions and needs teach us what approaches to apply to achieve success; correct diagnosis and rational solutions, as well as competent management, are the guarantees of our success in wrestling, not stressful and intensive training.
The amount and quantity of productivity resulting from these five factors (technique, tactics, physical preparation, mental preparation, and sports life management) determine the rank and platform of a wrestler in competitions, not the wrestler's name and reputation.
- Technique: In the first chapter, we will talk about wrestling techniques, but our purpose in this chapter is not to train them. Instead, we will look at the biomechanics of the techniques and their effects so that you have a better and more thorough understanding of the technique you are practicing.
Biomechanics can unlock the secrets of all techniques. By understanding them, you can improve the speed and quality of your learning techniques and become more creative.
This chapter will teach you about vector quantities in physics, which are the origin and foundation of wrestling scores.
- Tactics: Readers will learn the true meaning of tactics in this chapter.
You will become a tactical wrestler if you use your intelligence and mind.
The winning card for great competitions is tactics.
- Mental preparation: We will thoroughly learn about the mind in this chapter. We will ignore psychologists' transitory and temporary advice because we feel that many mental variations between persons cannot be handled with a few recommendations.
You will also learn about the mental filters determining our success or failure.
- Physical preparation: In this chapter, we will look at the body's internal organs and energy production systems and the tests and factors contributing to peak physical performance. Timing management is the primary key to reaching maximal physical performance.
- Sports life management: In this chapter, you will learn about sociology, which is an essential element for an athlete's success because the athlete is a part of a society that undoubtedly receives the effects of that environment, which can sometimes be dangerous and lead the athlete away from his goals. The athlete can govern himself and manage societal dangers by understanding sports life management.
