Mama, I get it. With five kids running around, one steady paycheck coming in, the laundry pile growing faster than I can fold it, and peace feeling like something I only read about in other people's lives. I cleared little bits of space in my home so my kids could ride scooters in the house when it was snowing outside.
I protected my evenings so my spirit animal was 100% a sloth, and I identified as an old lady in my early thirties to my sexy husband.
I practiced letting go of guilt so "no" could sound like wisdom instead of disappointing others with my expectation failures.
I gave myself permission to receive help so I didn't drown, with practical time slots that fit this busy season of motherhood.
These little five-minute habits aren't exciting. They're simple and sometimes absolutely boring, but they created a wise-mom formula where I could have Blooming Peace for today. Some of these ideas might seem crazy or over the top, but what price are you willing to pay for some breathing room in your life? Suddenly, I had the time for a quiet walk with a podcast, getting my toes painted, laughing with my husband, and even dreaming of goals again. I was willing to do a little, tiny crazy habit to get long-term results. You don't need more hours in the day, you just need simple five-minute habits to set you up to succeed with Blooming Peace.
