Gwendolyn C. Jones is a minister of the Kindom of God, international speaker, racio, conference and retreats presenter and published author. Dr. Jones holds a Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. degrees in Theology. She is also a registered nurse, health and wellness coach, has obtained her certification in integrated nutrition and a functional medicine student.
In this book she speaks on all aspects of weight control and diet through personal life experiences, choices, diet and prayer.
