El propósito de este libro es animar a padres y abuelos a bendecir a sus hijos y nietos en el santo nombre de Jehová Dios. The purpose of this book is to encourage parents and grandparents to bless their children and grandchildren in the holy name of Jehovah God. We can expect God to do great and wonderful works when we pray the promises with blessings that are appropriate for them and specifically adapted to their ages, personalities, characters, and talents. We must ensure that our blessings align with God's promises and fit with his plans and purposes for the people we are blessing. When you bless your children in the name of the Lord, you will see that God fills their lives with good things and salvation, even to your children's children. As believers and heirs of God's kingdom, we must learn to take our authority and claim the abundant inheritance promised to our children and grandchildren.
Author Biography
Mary Ruth Swope recibió la licenciatura en Ciencias de Winthrop College en Rock Hill, South Carolina. Tiene una maestría en alimentos y nutrición del Women´s College de la Universidad de North Carolina-Greensboro. También posee un doctorado de Teachers College en Columbia University en New York City.
Después de trabajar como nutrióloga en el Departamento de Salud de Ohio, miembro de la Facultad de Alimentos y Nutrición en la Universidad Purdue, y la dirección de Alimentos y Nutrición en la Universidad de Nevada, la Dra. Swope tomó la jubilación anticipada para comenzar un nuevo ministerio: Nutrition with a Mission (Nutrición con una misión). Mary Ruth Swope received a bachelor of science from Winthrop College in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She has a master of science degree in foods and nutrition from the Women's College of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She also has a doctorate from the Teachers College at Columbia University in New York City. After serving as a nutritionist with the Ohio Health Department, a member of the Foods and Nutrition faculty at Purdue University, and the Head of Foods and Nutrition at the University of Nevada, Dr. Swope took early retirement to begin a new ministry, Nutrition with a Mission. Through lectures and seminars, she encourages audiences to deny themselves unneeded calories, save the money the calories would have cost, and give it to Great Commission programs and projects. Dr. Swope is a popular lecturer and has made many TV appearances on shows including The 700 Club on the Christian Broadcasting Network.
