Author Biography
Mark has a rich background across several areas. He is the only Metalcaster/Supplier Management Advisor dedicated to fixing defects in revenue. His P2/DARE system implements a web based dashboard for metalcasting leaders to instantly know the key indicators of a foundry's health- numbers no accountant ever tracks. Mark is the ongoing author of the Shaping Strategy column, published in the American Foundry Society's MODERN CASTING magazine. Mark's expertise was showcased at the 118th and 119th AFS Metalcasting Congress in the US and to a standing-room only crowd at the 71st World Foundry Congress in Bilbao Spain. He publishes the monthly M4 SHORT SHEET (see bonuses) and the paid subscription "UGLY Marketing Newsletter for Metalcasters and Suppliers". Mark was selected as the "Service Marketer of the Year" by GKIC, a 25,000+ association of marketing professionals, and is a certified copywriter. He has been a Naval Aviator, a Diplomat, and flies a private business jet. He and his bride live in Florida with three parrots (yes, he's nuts!).
