In "A Catalyst for Hope," Caroline Nguyen Ticarro shares her family's fascinating genealogical background, recounts their escape from Vietnam as Saigon was falling, and details their experience starting over as refugees in Minnesota. Her story eventually brings her back to Vietnam, where adopting her twin daughters opened her eyes to the immense needs of children living in orphanages and impoverished rural communities.
Inspired to make a difference, she founded Catalyst Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities in rural Vietnam and helping prevent human trafficking. Along the way, she shares not only the successes, but also the mistakes she's made, the challenges of fundraising, the joys and fears that shaped her path, and the profound fulfillment she's found in bringing hope to communities in Vietnam and serving the adoption community.
