She became a Pediatric Therapy Specialist for California Children Services prior to becoming a Program Director for a private college in San Diego, California, where she taught classes in Life-Span Development and Psychosocial Functioning. She designed this unique relationship guide to get the conversation started between couples. Two for the Road includes content and interactive exercises that promote constructive dialogues instead of one-sided monologues. A Fork in the Road is her second book about relationships and marriage. Raised in the suburb Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, outside of Detroit (the "Motor City"), she currently resides in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. As a trained therapist and educator, she has several other books underway that span the life stages of intimate relationships.
