DR. JEREMY GOLDBERG is the creator of Long Distance Love Bombs, where his writings on kindness, vulnerability, and self-acceptance reach a global community on Instagram, Substack, and a podcast in the top 1% globally. A recovering scientist with a PhD in behavioral science, he works as a life coach and keynote speaker and gave a TEDx talk called "What if kindness was cool?"
