A Hero Like Me
"But one little chromosome put up a fight;
It threatened to stamp out Colette's inner light.
Big sister came running with torches to spare,
And lit Colette's lamp with a glorious glare."
Meet Clairice and Colette; two sisters with one story. A sweet story of hope, love, victory, and learning how to thrive in the midst of Down syndrome.
Silvana Hebert's passion is to help families with Down syndrome individuals and advocate for each member, while helping others appreciate the unique virtues within the Down syndrome community.
