by Ray W. Lincoln (Author)
Are fears crippling your progress? Would you like to overcome them and any that might raise their ugly heads in the future? Ray W. Lincoln, bestselling author, international speaker and InnerKinetics coach and trainer, describes for you the steps to take to develop confidence and overcome any kind of fear. His preparations for a risky expedition into the crater of White Island (Te Puia O Whakaari, New Zealand's most active volcano) illustrates the process as he relates to you how he and other partners of an expedition overcame the fears associated with entering the erupting crater. The expedition took place in 1960, before today's technology was available to predict likely eruptions and before equipment was available for protection from the elements produced in such an environment. Entering the crater, they had no assurance that they would make it out alive.
