A Master Resilience Trainer in the Alabama Army National Guard, Duncan specializes in equipping people with the tools to overcome adversity and build mental toughness. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, is certified in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and has impacted thousands through his motivational speaking and bestselling book, Rerouting: Resilience Tools and Tactics.
