Author Biography
Catherine (Cathy) M. Sleezer works with Employee Training and Performance Improvement Specialists to provide consulting services on human resources for private, public, and government sector organizations.
Darlene F. Russ-Eft is professor of adult education and higher education leadership in the College of Education at Oregon State-University, where she teaches master's and doctoral courses in research, program evaluation, and learning theory.
Kavita Gupta is the author of the first edition of A Practical Guide to Needs Assessment, and she currently works as a community organizer.
