Author Biography
Sharron Mansell
Sharron has been delivering Education and Training programmes since 1987 and started her career in full time further education in 2000. She worked as Head of Services to Business in a large general FE college prior to moving to a private training provider.
Sharron is currently the Assistant Principal of Quality at the White Rose Beauty Colleges and a Standards Verifier for Pearson.
Sharron holds an Honour′s Degree in Education and Training, The Certificate in Education, and is a Member of the Society for Education and Training. She holds QTLS status.
Ann Gravells
Ann specialises in teaching, training, assessment and quality assurance for the further education and skills sector. She has been teaching and assessing since 1983.
Ann holds a Masters in Educational Management, a PGCE, a Degree in Education, and a Medal of Excellence for teaching. She is a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training and holds QTLS status.
She is currently a consultant to The University of Cambridge's Institute of Continuing Education and to Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) awarding organisation.
