AI is no longer a future conversation for MSPs. It is the next major shift in managed services. The question is whether your MSP will lead it, follow it, or be replaced by those who move first.
In AI for MSPs: Managed Intelligence, Tony Ferrigno lays out a practical, no-fluff playbook for MSP owners, executives, sales leaders, and service leaders who want to turn AI agent management into a real managed service offering.
This is not a book about chasing AI hype, reselling another tool, or adding "AI" to your website without a delivery model behind it. This book shows MSPs how to build, deploy, govern, monitor, optimize, price, sell, and scale a Managed Intelligence practice that creates recurring revenue, deeper client relationships, and long-term competitive advantage.
Managed Intelligence is the next evolution of the MSP model. Just as managed services replaced break-fix and cloud transformed infrastructure delivery, AI agents are creating a new service category: ongoing AI operations for the businesses that do not have the time, staff, governance structure, or technical expertise to manage AI on their own.
Inside this book, you will learn how to:
Build a five-pillar Managed Intelligence framework around Discover, Deploy, Monitor, Govern, and Optimize.
Identify the right client processes for AI agent automation.
Create paid AI assessments that lead to real projects and recurring revenue.
Deploy AI agents without creating operational chaos.
Monitor agent health, performance, accuracy, business impact, and integration drift.
Build governance controls that make AI safer, more accountable, and more valuable.
Price Managed Intelligence using onboarding fees, monthly management fees, and expansion models.
Sell AI agent management in a way business leaders understand.
Scale the practice without burning out your technical team.
Use 90-day business reviews to grow revenue inside accounts you already own.
This book also includes practical templates, pricing references, use case examples, governance guidance, and operational models designed specifically for MSPs serving small and mid-size businesses.
The opportunity is clear: your clients want the productivity, automation, and efficiency AI can deliver, but they do not want the burden of managing it themselves. They need a trusted partner who can operate AI with discipline, accountability, security, and business focus.
That partner should be their MSP.
AI for MSPs: Managed Intelligence gives you the roadmap to become that partner before your competitors do.
