Author Biography
Nazareth Castellanos es madre, neurobióloga y especialista en neurociencia. Directora de investigación del laboratorio Nirakara-Lab y de la cátedra Mindfulness y ciencias cognitivas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, estudia la capacidad del cerebro desde un ángulo global, como parte del cuerpo. Su libro El espejo del cerebro se ha reeditado hasta cuatro veces y cuenta con más de 37.000 seguidores en Instagram.
