Author Biography
Jay W. Lorsch is the Louis Kirstein Professor of Human Relations at the Harvard Business School. Thomas J. Tierney is the former Chief Executive of Bain & Company, and currently serves as Chairman of The Bridgespan Group, Bain's nonprofit affiliate.
