Allen Carr (1934-2006) was the creator of the world-famous, bestselling Easyway method - a famously effortless and successful programme for overcoming addiction and behavioural issues, including smoking, drinking, weight gain, anxiety and even tech addiction. Endorsed by leading health organizations and a host of celebrities and opinion-formers, Allen Carr's Easyway method has grown through word-of-mouth recommendations to become a global phenomenon with seminar centres in 150+ cities in more than 50 countries around the world. Easyway's books have sold over 20 million copies and their online video programmes, and live group seminars have helped an estimated 50 million people worldwide. Allen Carr led this programme until his death in 2006, where he handed over its responsibility to his closest and most trusted colleagues.
Robin Hayley is a businessman, writer and Chairman of Allen Carr's Easyway. Inspired by his own transformative experience at Allen Carr's clinic, Robin began working with Allen in the early 1990s. With more than three decades' of experience, Robin has been pivotal in extending the Easyway method to tackle various addictions and behavioural issues. He has since helped millions globally through books, seminars and online programmes. Robin's commitment to the Easyway method, combined with his extensive training under Allen Carr, underscores his passion for empowering individuals to lead healthier, addiction-free lives.
