For Greek Myths and Egyptian Myths - Jean Menzies, Winner of the Books Are My Bag Breakthrough Author Award 2020 for Greek Myths. YouTuber. Research Student. Creative Producer. Writer. Presenter. Jean has a PhD in ancient history. She runs a podcast about classics and mythology called That's Ancient History and regularly uploads to her YouTube channel, youtube.com/bookishthoughts, where she discusses literature and history. She has spoken about ancient history and mythology to audiences of all ages, and taught mythology and ancient history to university students.
For Norse Myths - Matt Ralphs writes children's nonfiction and middle grade novels, with a focus on history, myths, and folklore.
His dark adventure novels Fire Girl and Fire Witch were published by Macmillan Children's Books. He currently has nonfiction projects in development with Nosy Crow, Flying Eye, and Templar. He worked as an editor for many years and has helped to create any type of book you may care to imagine (including ones made from metal, wood, and demon skin). He lives in England on the Grand Union Canal on a boat called Nostromo.
