The book is more a tutorial of how you can create your own health cures. It will cut down finding a cure not by years but by days. The Author found by using her knowledge of Astrology and Runes, and dissecting each sector of it, which over years she had written up, brought about formulas that she was able to use on primarily friends who volunteered, with serious problems, these are outlined in the later part of the book. It focuses on the 3 main areas Astrologers look to which is the Constellation, Planet and house. Each of these have elements Fire, Water, Air, Earth this gives the method on how to process the foods. It gives an understanding of the particular foods from the Symbol of Constellations, that are simple they've been over looked. There are pages of supermarket foods that can be used and their relationship to the above. It combines the Authors theory on color, the relationship to gases that are prominent on planets. And, it goes into the 3 primary degrees that you need to look for. It's necessary reading for anyone ill, if they can only get past the Western stigma that surrounds Astrology that it's a false science.
