Author Biography
Violeta Alcocer es psicóloga clínica con veinticinco años de experiencia en psicodiagnóstico infantil, tratamiento de trastornos de la conducta alimentaria y psicología perinatal, entre otros. Cuenta con un Máster en Psicoterapia Psicoanalítica, Dinámica Familiar y de Grupo y otro en Neuropsicología Clínica. También ostenta el título de Experta en Intervención Psicológica con Víctimas de Violencia de Género.
En la actualidad, dirige su propio centro de psicología y psiquiatría, y trabaja con adultos, brindando psicoterapia individual y de pareja desde el enfoque de la Terapia Focalizada en la Emoción (EFT). Como parte de su compromiso con la salud mental, colabora con diversos medios de comunicación (El País, Eldiario.es, entre otros) e instituciones en la promoción del bienestar
