María del Sol Peralta es pedagoga preescolar con especialidad en temas relacionados con la música y la literatura para niños. Cada vez que inventa un proyecto, hace un taller, dirige un montaje, hace un libro o graba un disco, piensa en cómo hará para que los niños, junto a los adultos, disfruten de sus trabajos en familia. En 2008 lanzó la colección María del Sol, música y libros para la familia, de la que es directora, escritora y editora.
