Behavior Savior clearly explains gentle, proven remedies to help you:
- Gain cooperation quickly from children of every age
- Reduce stress and boost your family's well-being
- Earn support and respect from co-parents, relatives, and teachers through your confident, informed parenting choices
This book explains the comparative advantages, risks, and age adaptations of 188 behavior strategies synthesized from disciplines such as psychology, education, behavioral economics, disability support, advertising, child development, and civic environmental design. Of these, 178 are suitable for parent use. Advanced interventions such as medication, biofeedback, and other specialist tools are discussed to help families understand when other options may be appropriate and why they require the involvement of qualified professionals.
Together, these strategies form the Behavior SaviorTM framework for positive behavior support across home, school, and community settings. Guidance is offered for routines, transitions, motivation, sensory needs, emotional regulation, sibling conflict, school challenges, and cultivating children's conscience.
Perfect for parents, educators, and family-support professionals seeking clear, practical tools they can use immediately across infancy, childhood, adolescence, and beyond.
