Dragons always know the best games to play, the perfect way to toast a marshmallow, and how to get that cookie out of a cookie jar undetected. While dragons can be good friends, they sometimes forget how. They can yell, stomp their feet, shoot flames out of their mouths, and not be a very good listener. It can be hard to be friends with a dragon, but with some deep breaths and calming words, you and your dragon can learn how to be best friends forever.
Author Biography
Katherine Locke lives and writes in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with their four feisty felines. They are also the author of Bedtime for Superheroes and What Are Your Words, as well as books for older kids and teens.
Diane Ewen is a British illustrator who has always been in love with art. She graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a B.A. Honors Degree in illustration. Her debut as a children's book illustrator was for Angela McAllister's Pretty Poodle Parlour.
