Those involved in 'The Demon's Gate' once on the far side of the Moon are brought together to resolve a more complex issue that may have no solution. The Fifth Reich in the future is reborn and alive in South America. A 'Timer' or time traveler that was captured for over a century and held hostage since World War II, is still under their control developing alien technologies. The Reich in Uruguay and Argentina is expanding and challenging the Chinese by exploiting these new technologies especially the Nazi Bell, lasers, modern missilery, and other new devices. Part of their political strategy includes refloating the Graf Spee as a memorial for their historical achievements and will lead initially through all of South America expanding their strategy to cover the rest of the world. They gladly challenge the Chinese super power as a stepping-stone. Much damage will exist and cover problems worldwide unless if they are eventually stopped...
