The basis of yahwistic theism is blind faith in revealed dogmas. The greatest sin according to this philosophy is lack of faith. One faction of yahwism, Christianity, recognises the spirit of the Evil One who dares to doubt in this way:

The Christian god and his followers also threaten with death all those who reject their message of "love"':
...who go to perdition because they have not accepted the love of the truth (gospel) in order to receive salvation. Therefore God allows deception to work on them, so that they will believe a lie, so that all who have not believed the truth (the gospel) but have taken a liking to iniquity will be judged. 2 Thess 2:10-12
