This index has been compiled from the Boulder County, Colorado District Court Execution Docket for the years 1875-1885. An execution docket is used by the court to instruct the sheriff to settle a judgment of the court. The parties are listed as judgment against (the losing party in the lawsuit) and judgment for (the winning party), rather than by plaintiff or defendant. This index also lists the date the execution order was given and the county in which the order was served.
