Author Biography
Lauren Varlack is a branding designer, strategist and educator for Brand Ya Flava(TM), an entrepreneurial movement for Black women entrepreneurs to use their own cultural aesthetic and personality within their branding and visual branding for their business. The inspiration for creating brand identities comes from the lack of authentic expression seen in the entrepreneurial world for the African diaspora. Through the Brand Ya Flava system, the book goes deep within the message of Black women entrepreneurs to bring forth their message, movement, and legacy to the forefront and allowing them to be the full representation of their cultural beauty without shame or apologies.
