Communication is basically based on the talent to negotiate, to feel what the other person wants, what he expects from you but also what you can offer. Any interpersonal relationship is based on communication, the ability to make yourself understood by the other and to be able to communicate, in turn, what he wants to receive from you.
Communication is the art of being silent, listening, understand and say. Communication is the voice within us.
