Dawn Henwood, PhD, empowers innovators to communicate in clear, simple language that resonates with their target audience and produces results. She has a PhD in English from the University of Toronto and 20 years of experience as a writing consultant, instructor, and coach. Author of A Writing Guide for IT Professionals (Oxford University Press), she has created more than a dozen writing courses, including programs for one of the world's largest consulting firms and for Dalhousie University's College of Continuing Education.
