Caught up in a change process? Can't see your way through it? There's no better metaphor for the change process than the cateripllar's transformation into a butterfly - especially that middle part when it's in the chrysalis in the form of what might be called "butterfly soup." Building on that metaphore, the book Butterfly Soup provides a fresh perspective on how to manage the difficulties of living in the 21st century and become the person you've always dreamed of being. It draws from a wide range of disciplines, including psychology, anthropology, and holistic systems theory, as well as metaphysics and a variety of spiritual teachings, to offer a method and approach that can transform your life, and make future transformations much easier, as well.
