Author Biography
FLTCOM Paul A. Kingsbury, USN is a former nuclear trained electrician's mate who served in aircraft carriers and cruisers. He currently serves as the Fleet Master Chief for U.S. Fleet Forces Command. He has several published articles in military journals and received awards in both the U.S. Naval Institute General Essay and Enlisted Essay contests. He is a frequent guest speaker at a variety of fleet and civilian events.
