Based on information derived from interviews with the employees of over 30 companies in the People's Republic of China, this is the first book-length study to analyze China's turn to the outside world since 1976. JONATHAN R. WOETZEL is an associate specializing in strategic management with a leading management consulting firm in Hong Kong. He holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Southern California and has studied in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
