Clinical Efficacy of Classic Chinese Medicine in Modern Times (2017-2023) presents empirical evidence for the seamless integration of classic Chinese medicine (CCM) into contemporary care. Building on a pivotal 2010 clinical observation, Dr. Xia Che documents a therapeutic approach that has consistently succeeded in addressing today's most challenging health issues.
Part I traces the journey from a case report on oncology to a doctoral capstone on Qi and whole-person cancer care.
Part II reviews real-world applications of classic theories-using self-administered acupressure and nutrition-to manage complications from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Part III examines retrospective studies on Taichi and Qigong, showing improved health outcomes in a juvenile detention center and a public elementary school.
This compilation moves beyond anecdote to provide scholarly proof that CCM modalities-acupuncture, acupressure, nutrition, and fitness-offer a powerful, evidence-based path to healing. An essential resource for researchers, clinicians, and patients alike.
