Integrating Mental Health & Life Coaching is a comprehensive, self-paced program offering three distinct 8-week courses-Life Purpose, Empowerment, and Coping Skills/Resiliency-designed to help parents, guardians, and trusted adults guide youth toward personal growth and emotional well-being. The Empowerment course focuses on gratitude practices, including daily journaling and reflective exercises, helping youth cultivate a resilient mindset and appreciation for their strengths. Finally, the Coping Skills/Resiliency course teaches practical coping mechanisms and goal-setting techniques, culminating in SMART goal creation to give youth a roadmap for achieving their dreams.
