Orathay Souksisavanh is a French chef and cookbook author specializing in Thai cuisine. She was born into a family with culinary traditions, with her maternal great-grandmother having been part of the kitchen staff at the Royal Palace in Bangkok. She moved to Paris at the age of three and studied at institutions such as Langues O' and the Sorbonne, but her true passion has always been cooking. Since 2008, she has published several cookbooks and collaborates with gastronomic press outlets, focusing primarily on traditional Thai recipes.
