Es padre espiritual de más de 350 iglesias en 50 países, las cuales forman la Red Global Sobrenatural. Además, es fundador de la Universidad del Ministerio Sobrenatural (USM). El Apóstol Maldonado tiene un doctorado en consejería cristiana y una maestría en teología práctica. Vive en Miami, Florida, junto a Ana, su esposa y compañera en el ministerio, y sus dos hijos, Bryan y Ronald.
