Alba Cardalda es psicóloga experta en psicoterapia cognitivo-conductual, terapia breve y estratégica y en neuropsicología. Desde hace más de diez años, se dedica a la terapia infanto-juvenil y de adultos, tanto individual como de pareja y familiar, y desde 2017 viaja por todo el mundo sin residencia fija. Además, a través de sus canales en redes sociales comparte consejos para mejorar el bienestar diario de sus cientos de miles de seguidores.
