Reyna Grande es una autora galardonada, conferencista motivacional y profesora de escritura. Cuando era niña, cruzó la frontera entre Estados Unidos y México para reunirse con su familia en Los Ángeles, un viaje desgarrador que relata en La distancia entre nosotros (The Distance Between Us), finalista del National Book Critics Circle Award.
