Covenant of Christ: A Modern English Version of The Book of Mormon is a groundbreaking book of sacred writings unlike any other. It restates in modern vocabulary and structure what was originally published in a form of Early Modern English. The earlier form of English made it difficult for modern readers to understand the text. This book is an authentic and ancient text written by prophetic messengers whose words ought to be studied. Covenant of Christ is scripture for the present day. It summarizes the history of a people who followed divine guidance and journeyed from the Old to the New World. It has been preserved by the Lord to now make it accessible, clear, and as succinct as possible, in clear modern English. This book is both a revelation and a warning. Though it may seem improbable, it extends an unmistakable invitation to connect with God through a renewed covenant.
The prophets who wrote this book not only want to rescue us from self-destruction but also lead us back to faith in God. It offers hope for this life and for the afterlife. It is a message from God to you.
