Sandy Cousens is an interior designer, artists, art therapist, educator and healer based in Sydney, Australia. She created The Calm Studio on the Gold Coast, where she hosted workshops and events, sharing her love of art as a means of healing and self-expression and since moving to Sydney has focused her attention on building an online brand. She has grown her Instagram following to over 5k followers this year, with the most engagement on her practical videos and reels, and 172k monthly views on Pinterest.
