But when the gangs start inducting her and her friends into their groups and they find themselves in a dangerous situation, the elder women share their secret with Nyrobi and help her to uncover the truth behind the gangs in the neighborhoods, and the strange tattoos that are somehow connected to it all.
A great read for the whole family in an insightful, yet humorous coming of age story!
