Anne Emery is a lawyer and author of the Collins-Burke mystery series. She has won the Crime Writers of Canada awards for Best Novel and Best First Novel, the Dartmouth Book Award for Fiction, and an Independent Publishers silver medal. She lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
