His academic works have appeared in Asian Survey, China Journal, Pacific Focus, Journal of Contemporary China, Journal of Contemporary China studies, and chapters in edited volumes. \u003cbr\u003eRumi Aoyama is Professor of Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies at Waseda University, Japan. Her research specialties include Chinese foreign policy, China's regional strategies, and Japan-China relationship.
