Sofia Santiago is an international motivational and educational speaker, trainer, and award-winning author who has helped thousands of women improve their conflict management skills, manage their emotions, and communicate for results in a diverse workplace. She holds graduate studies in business and cross-cultural communication and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. Sofia lives in Missouri.
