Author Biography
Michael Stutman is a partner and head of the Family Group in New York who has more than 30 years of family law experience, handling both settlements and court trials. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the president and on the board of governors of its New York chapter, and the author of How to Divorce in New York. He lives in New York City.
