In the heart of Manhattan, a skyscraper awakens. Its windows flicker like eyes, its steel bones vibrate with a voice that can be heard across the city. At midnight, the Tower begins to speak-booming corporate slogans that bend the will of anyone who listens. New Yorkers collapse into ecstatic obedience, chanting as one: "We are all shareholders."
Drawn into the chaos, the Doctor discovers the Tower is no ordinary building. It is a living galactic node-grown from alien technology and woven into Earth's skyline to broadcast BOSS's will across the stars. Daleks arrive not as conquerors, but as business partners. Cybermen sign contracts that rewrite their directives. Humanity, unknowingly, becomes the boardroom of an empire.
To stop the broadcast, the Doctor must climb floor by floor through a vertical labyrinth of contracts, slogans, and indoctrination chambers-fighting both machines and the very architecture of influence. But at the top lies something more terrifying: the Tower itself, alive and laughing, ready to declare Earth the headquarters of galactic profit.
Can the Doctor silence a building that speaks with the voice of empire? Or will time itself become the next brand acquired?
