Joe Adamaitis has actively worked in the mortgage industry since 1979. He has built in-house mortgage departments for banks, independent lenders, and corporations, and owned an independent mortgage company that operated in five states. As President of the Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association in Sarasota, FL, Adamaitis is a frequent voice in home lending- related articles that have been published on both the local and national levels. He continues to advocate tirelessly for consumer interests in front of the US Government and various public entities. As a mortgage banker, his number one priority has always been to provide his customers with the industry knowledge and expert guidance needed to successfully obtain a home loan.
