Author Biography
Luke Davies is a builder, author and entrepreneur. With over two decades in the architectural and construction industry, Luke has delivered more than $100 million in custom home projects. He holds a Tasmanian builder's licence, is a qualified carpenter/joiner, certified Passivhaus tradesperson and holds a diploma in building and construction. Luke is the founder of Davies Construction, Align Architecture and co-founder of the Future Builder Society, which shares knowledge with builders worldwide. His commitment to quality and sustainable building is recognised through numerous accolades, including the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Tasmanian Home of the Year, the GreenSmart Sustainable Home of the Year, three-time winner of the Tasmanian Master Builder, Residential Builder of the Year and Master Builder Sustainable Home of the Year, Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Passivhaus Association.
